Buffalo Pride Week Kicks off
Buffalo Pride Week is kicking off its celebration! The Week begins with a flag-raising ceremony at noon today (May 28), at Niagara Square, according to WGRZ. LGBTQ activist and author Cleve Jones will be at Niagara Falls High School. His speaking event starts at 5:30 pm today. Then, at 6 pm today, there will be a fun run at Delaware Park.
On Sunday (June 2), there will be a Buffalo Pride Parade at noon, along Elmwood Ave, between Forest Avenue and Allen Street. Buffalo Pride Festival will follow the parade at Canalside from 1 to 7 pm.
