Buffalo police have a new method to apprehend a person who is a possible safety risk to themselves or to others.

A reporter from Channel 2 was able to capture the first demonstration of the new device that will wrap up a person they are faced. Unlike a taser, it immobilizes the person making them unable to hurt wither the officers or themselves.
