Buffalo Polar Bear Swimmers [#BIGDUMMYFILES]

There are some things in life that just aren't for me this is one of them. There is a annual event were people go swimming in Lake Erie in the middle of winter. Huh ? This year over 100 swimmers registered for the 12th annual Polar Bear swim in Lake Erie near Silver Creek.

Yes over 100 people registered to go swimming in a lake in the middle of a Buffalo winter ! This is the part that gets me they were happy the lake was at an unseasonably warm 37 degrees. I don't know what they are used to but there is nothing warm about 37 degree water. I will never understood the point of doing stuff like this. There are million other ways to raise money, but at least they raised 14,000 dollars for charity.
