A Buffalo man was stabbed to death Friday morning.

Frederick D. Jordan, III, allegedly stabbed Duane Donaldson on Friday morning, according to WGRZ. The incident happened in the parking lot of a shopping plaza on Elmwood Avenue and Hinman Avenue.  An off-duty firefighter stepped in and held the attacker until police arrived.

According to police, the men knew each other and were arguing over money, which lead to the assault.  The victim dies at the scene.  Jordan was arraigned on one count of murder in the second degree, which is punishable by a maximum of 25 years to life in prison.
