Buffalo Man Disciplines His Step-Daughters by Shooting Them with a BB Gun

This has to be the most ridiculous and crazy thing I've ever heard of, in terms of punishing children.  29 Year-Old Steven Scroger was arrested for intentionally shooting his 4 and 6 Year-Old Step-Daughters several times with a BB gun...as punishment, according to News Reports.
