Buffalo Homeless struggle gets a BIG BOOST

There is a organization called Friends of the night and they  give those suffering from homelessness food, clothing, and even medical attention.They could be getting a nice bump with a donation of over $8,000.

According to WGRZ, the donation will go toward supplies, and an increase in community outreach as they hope the Western New York community can come together to fight homelessness.

Friends of the night people Executive Director Joseph Heary said he wants to continue to bring awareness to homelessness .

"To heighten people's awareness of homelessness and poverty and make sure that everyone knows what to do when they see someone who is dealing with homelessness."
