The 2024 NFL season is well underway, and there are all sorts of predictions and prognostications about how the year will go for the 32 teams that play between the National Football Conference and the American Football Conference.

As the Buffalo Bills start their 64th year since their founding in 1960, members of the Bills organization and the Bills Mafia alike are hopeful that 2024 is the year the Lombardi Trophy comes home to Western New York. With the way the team is playing early in the season, we're all excited at the prospect of a terrific season this year.

We're not the only ones hopeful, there have been several big name predicitons about how the home town team will perform, with one big time sports analyst going as far as predicting something that has never happened before, a Great Lakes Superbowl.

Now, another major franchise in the North American sports world is joining the debate and predicting that Captain America's favorite football team will win it all.

Star Third Baseman for the Toronto Blue Jays Ernie Clement, a Rochester, New York native, took to the team's social media pages and planted his Bills Mafia flag to make a big-time prediction: the Buffalo Bills will win Super Bowl LIX that is set to be played on February 9, 2025, at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana.

This shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone in Western New York or Southern Ontario. Buffalo and Toronto have an extraordinary relationship; not only are the two cities less than 100 miles apart, but we also have a shared relationship with the Buffalo Bisons and Toronto Blue Jays, with the Jays playing their home games in Buffalo during the pandemic, the Bills has history playing home games in the Rogers Center for several years, and of course, many in the region spend a lot of time across the border.

What can we say, Toronto? We agree. Let's go, Buffalo!
