Matthew Knowles, Beyonce’s father, is allegedly so behind in his child support payments to the tune of $32,135.90 that his child and baby mama are receiving public assistance and food stamps, according to TMZ.

The information was apparently discovered through records obtained by TMZ sometime last year.
