COVID-19 has changed the way we do some things in Western New York, but it hasn't kept us on the sidelines.

Runners are still hitting new personal records. Athletes still are working on their strength, flexibility and endurance. We're all learning new things over Zoom classes (Ninja challenges, anyone?), and there is plenty of great fall scenery for those who hit the trails. Don't forget at-home tailgates, apple-picking and bonfires.

Power 93.7 WBLK and Alfred State College know a little inspiration goes a long way, though, so they are asking local high schoolers to share photos of how they stay active during COVID-10 and inspirational messages.

Share yours today and you may hear it on WBLK between 6 and 10 p.m. weekdays. You might also see us share it online and you'll be entered for a chance to win a $50 gift certificate for Bocce Club Pizza.
