A Child has died in Buffalo after being Hit by a Car [Video]

This is so sad! A 4-year-old boy died after being hit by a car on the east side, according to WGRZ. The accident happened at Sycamore St. and Fillmore Ave. on Tuesday evening around 7:20 pm. Police say the child ran into the street and was hit by the vehicle. The 22-year-old driver has not been charged.
