$425 Million winning Mega Millions ticket sold in New York

If you played the Mega Millions, it's time to check your ticket! Someone in New York is $425 million richer!

The $425 million drawing was held on New Year's Day! That's definitely a good way to slide into 2019, with $425 milli in your bank account! According to the Lottery's website, the winning Jackpot ticket was sold here in New York! Three out of six other tickets that had five white numbers were also sold in NY, according to WGRZ! The other three were sold in Texas, South Carolina and Ohio. Someone in Pennsylvania also had a $1 million ticket, but hit the Megaplier, so they actually won 4 times the ticket amount!

Check your tickets for these numbers: 34, 44, 57, 62 and 70 and the Mega ball was 14.
