WNY Man With 23 License Suspensions Arrested By Sheriff’s Deputies
Wow. Just wow. A Western New York man who was arrested yesterday, March 28, 2023, has had his driver's license suspended 23 times. Erie County Sheriff John C. Garcia reported the arrest of a town of Allegany resident during a traffic stop on Route 219. The man was pulled over at approximately 7:05 pm. An Erie County Sheriff's Deputy allegedly witnessed a vehicle without a visible license plate traveling southbound on Route 219. Deputies discovered that the man, 26-year-old Bryce Tarbox, had 23 suspensions on his license from eleven different dates. The vehicle that Tarbox was driving was also allegedly not insured.
He was arrested and charged with a felony count of aggravated unlicensed vehicle operation, three different vehicle violations, and traffic law violations for operating a vehicle without a license plate, insurance, and inspection. He was transported to the Erie County Holding Center pending his arraignment.
Some of the comments on Facebook are BRUTAL:
@Sandy Ribeiro
How does someone get almost as many suspensions as their age and even think they should be driving ♀️ If he’s let out I’m sure he’ll catch up. Only 3 to go kiddo.
@Jason Schultz
The sad part is if he hit someone and injured them or paralyzed them he wouldn’t half to pay anything and your insurance company would be footing the bill
@Suzy Mary
I think that it's time that he takes a vacation in jail for a while and pay off his suspensions .
@Christina Elizabeth
Why is a driver allowed that many chances?

some people are over achievers
Tarbox Was Arrested By New York State Troopers A Year Ago
Almost a year ago Tarbox was arrested by New York State Police Troopers. On April 8, 2022, SP Olean Troopers arrested Tarbox for Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd Degree and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree. He was pulled over on Interstate 86 in the Olean. He allegedly refused to identify himself or provide any identification. He was arrested and taken to the SP Olean headquarters. Troopers discovered that Tarbox had a suspended license. He was released and given an appearance ticket for Olean City Court.
Seems like following the rules and laws might not be this guy's strong suit, just saying.
