A video purportedly depicting a dispute between the owner of a Lancaster nail salon and a customer has surfaced online reports CBSLA.

The customer seen in the video, Tawana Davis, told CBS reporter Brittney Hopper she got angry when the salon would not do her daughter’s nails.

“I continued to go back and forth with her about why everyone ignored the request that I had made,” Davis said.

But the store owner Kathy Nguyen told Hopper she felt the child was too young to get her nails done. She pointed to a sign that stated: “We have the right to refuse service to anyone.”

Davis was arrested and charged with robbery, but said that she took nothing from the salon and has hired a lawyer to fight the charges.

In a case like this, how young is to young for a child to have their nails done?
