Melinda Sanders-Jones says she never got the library’s late notices because she was moving a lot of the time, trying to get out of an abusive relationship. She’s charged with failure to return rental property and faces up to 93 days in jail. She’s currently waiting on her next court date, hoping to get the library charges dropped.
