SteelBoutMoney
SteelBoutMoney repersents for the voice of the unheard. Born Jason Dailey in the crime-infested area of Rochester, N.Y., as a child, every night, young Steel used to sleep with the radio on and dream one day he too would be on it. After completing two years at Monroe Community College (MCC), located in Rochester, N.Y., as a communications major, Steel transferred to Buffalo State to continue his education. He soon started to write and record his own music, which depicts life's heartaches for a young man growing up in Upstate New York. You can hear SBM's music in a lot of local clubs around the city, and you can also catch him performing his music in a city near you. In 2012, WBLK ran an on-air talent contest, and after months of auditions, Steel was blessed to be one of the winners chosen. Self-named "The People's Champ," you can now hear him deliver witty banter as he plays some of the hottest hip-hop and R&B on 93.7FM WBLK.
