Buffalo, Western New York, and Southern Ontario is definitely a hotbed for great shows, events, and concerts. You can always find something great to do in the area just about every day during the warmer months.

Whether its America's best food festival to amazing musical performances that happen all summer long, there's no shortage of entertainment and activities.

Another great show as just announced and its being put on by a pretty famous Buffalonian.

Buffalo's own Peter Ward, who may be better known as Conway The Machine, is bringing his Drumwork Festival back to Buffalo's waterfront and he's bringing a bunch more stars with him.

The inaugural Drumwork Fest happened in 2022 and saw stars such as Wale, Fabolous, and Jeezy perform on Lake Erie. This years festival lineup is looking just as powerful with some of the names that have been announced and organizers promise there is more to come.

Drumwork fest 2023 is going to feature Gucci Mane, Jadakiss, Rich The Kid, and several more artists who will be performing live at the Buffalo Outer Harbor's Lakeside Event Lawn.

Conway, who is one-third of the Buffalo-born rap collab Griselda Records with Westside Gunn and Benny The Butcher, has said he is creating this music festival in Buffalo to rival other big hip hop shows that happen like Coachella in California and Summer Jam in New York City.

Buffalo's 48th Juneteenth Celebration, Parade, and Festival

Western New York celebrates its 48th Annual Juneteenth Parade and Festival on June 17, 2023, in Buffalo's MLK Park Neighborhood. The Grand Parade starts on Genesee Avenue and travels one mile before turning into the historic MLK Park where the festival takes place. Juneteenth celebrates the end of slavery after the end of the US Civil War.
