It's Time To Get Ready For Ice Cube To Hit The Stage

The amount of great concerts, events, and shows that are heading to Western New York and Southern Ontario this year is truly amazing. 2024 looks like it will be an amazing year for entertainment. Not only are there artists coming to the region who haven't been here in years, but new venues are coming online that will give people even more options to enjoy themselves.

So far this year, we're getting ready for the Rick James Musical at Shea's, Old Dominion at the Taste of Country, Keith Urban, Janet Jackson, Lionel Richie & Earth, Wind, and Fire, and countless other shows.

Another show is on the way to the region, and if you're a fan of classic hip-hop, then you're in for a treat when Ice Cube hits the stage.

Ice Cube Is Performing Live In St. Catherines, Ontario

Renowned actor and rapper Ice Cube, born O'Shea Jackson in Los Angeles, California, is set to grace the stage in St. Catherines, Ontario, at the Meridian Centre on Thursday, May 2, 2024.

Cube, who started rapping in the late 1980s, rose to fame when the group NWA came on the rap scene in 1988. Ice Cube, who served as the primary rapper and ghostwriter for the group, was one of the people primarily responsible for Hits Rise. After a financial dispute in 1990, Ice Cube split from NWA and went solo.

Over his career, Ice Cube has released ten solo albums, starred in more than 30 movies, and has won multiple awards, including a VH1 Hip Hop Honors, BET Hip-Hop Award, a GRAMMY, and is a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Tickets to see Ice Cube in St. Catherines are set to go on sale starting March 1, 2024, and will range from $69 to $129 CAD. When they go on sale, they can be purchased from the Meridian Centre website.
