Community: Get ready for the Latino Veteran’s 8K Run and Family Walk

Get ready for the Latino Veteran’s 8K Run and Family Walk coming up on Sunday, September 9th. Get the details here!

The 8K Run & Family Walk will be Sunday, September 9th, starting at 9:30 am at Hispanos Unidos De Buffalo, located at 254 Virginia Street in Buffalo! Race registration is $20 in advance and $25 on race day! To get registered, call Jose Pizarro at 716-207-1883.

All participants run, walk and/or volunteer on behalf of a Veteran in their life and actually wear their names on their backs. The largest team to run/walk in honor of a veteran will win our Honor a Vet Award. Proceeds go to the scholarships for children of Latino Veterans and establishing a Latino Veteran’s Museum.
