Bullying Caught On Tape
Bullying these days, some say, is out of control! A young 13 year old in Philly was beaten, punched, and kicked while walking home from school. Although he was not hurt seriously (physically) by the incident, he is now afraid to return to school because of threats! It is time to round up all these hoodlums and punish them to the fullest—enough is enough!
