ADRI V

Starting as the youngest intern at WBLK, ADRI V, also know as “The Go Getta,” landed the job of her dreams. Born and raised in Buffalo, ADRI V was a talkative little girl with the gift of gab, so it should be no surprise that she sounds like she was born to be on the radio. Her love for music and entertainment began at a very early age and evolved into a career that involved both. ADRI V grew up listening to DJ HukHer and the late Break-a-Dawn, staying glued to the radio and determined to one day be on the other side. A graduate of the University at Buffalo, ADRI V interned at BET and CNN, was heavily involved on campus and was her college radio station (WRUB)'s general manager. Now as a radio personality for the very same radio station she once interned for, she's achieved her goal. ADRI V see it as a blessing and responsibility to inspire others to be “Go Gettas” and to go after their dreams. She mentors and give back regularly to her community and feels that its important that she stand as a positive example. “If I can do it, you can do it, too. Ask, Seek and Knock -- you got to be a Go Getta!”
