Just last weekend at the New York State Track & Field Meet, four girls, 8th grader Nia Stevens, freshman Taylor Hunter, and seniors Taniya Jamison and Taylor Alston from Tapestry Charter school, ran their way to the 4x100 championship, securing the first state title for a girl's team in Tapestry history!

First they finished 1-2-3-4 - in 100 at the Section VI Championships, which is believed to be the first time a school has swept the event.
