I amazed and impressed. The owner of Willoughby Insurance, at the corner of Main Street and East Ferry in Buffalo, is about to embark upon a FIRST in Buffalo. Craig Willoughby, the President of Willoughby Insurance, wants to transform the corner of Main and East Ferry into a major high-end residential area in Buffalo, according to news reports.

The Willoughby "Dream Corner" would include a $29 million apartment complex ("Green Building") with 100+ one and two-bedroom market rate apartments powered completely by geo-thermal and solar energy (included in rent), along with a high-end restaurant and grocery store!

Craig Willoughby knows this is a huge undertaking and the first of it's kind in Buffalo in an area which has always been underdeveloped.  However, Craig Willoughby is very optimistic and has a motivating slogan of his own ...
