Was the Parent Wrong for Punching This Disabled Man? [Video]

Tonight's post is stemming from a video I saw online today. A man knocked out another man for kicking his son while they were in a restaurant. To make matters worse the man who got knocked out has Down Syndrome. There are a lot of mixed emotions about this on social media.

So the question is: Was the parent wrong for knocking out a disabled man?
