We want to hook up one lucky mom for Mother's Day! We have a 'Quarantine Survival Pack,' worth $150 up for grabs! The winning mom will receive a $50 Super Price Choppers gift card, along with $25 gift cards for Jim's Steakout, Picasso's Pizza, Mike's Subs and Santora's Pizza Pub and Grill.
