We might see a rise in COVID-19 cases in Hamburg, after a pro-trump group help a large gathering of unmasked protestors. The protestors are upset about having to wear masks amid the global pandemic, which has killed more than 200,000 people in the United States. The group is called The 1791 Society, which says on its Facebook page that it is,

"dedicated to those who support the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution, contained in the Bill of Rights and ratified on December 15th, 1791. The 1791 Society exists to promote and protect the Second Amendment rights of the People of the State of New York."

According to WGRZ, the protesters say its their right to violate New York state's COVID-19 guidelines. Attendees claim that the rules are costing jobs and violate their rights, rather than help stop the spread and protect others. Even though New York is one of the state's that now has COVID-19 under control and has lowered its infection rate, protestors claim that more people in the state are getting infected than ever.

"More people are getting sick locked up in the house, and he's [Cuomo] costing the economy and all these people who work in restaurants and the service industry, he's costing them their jobs, and they don't have any jobs any more, and they're closing everything down." ~ Scott Skinner, a protester via Channel 2

Looking at the videos, which were posted to the 1971 Society Facebook page, many of the attendees seem to fall into at least one of the higher-risk categories, like age. Hopefully, this protest won't be a super-spreader event and put more people in Western New York in danger.
