Under 21 “BARRED”! [VIDEO]

According to WIVB.com, The Buffalo Common Council / Mayor Byron Brown have agreed unanimously to ban anyone "Under 21" from being in a bar in the Chippewa Entertainment District ("Chip Strip"), with the exception of Thursday evenings.  The new ordinance is a six-month test to determine whether violence will decrease with the new practice in place, and if not; "Under 21 Co-Mingling" would be disallowed completely!

Bar Owners who wish to have events outside of Thursday's must apply for a "Special Use Permit" before engaging in such an event.
