Two Regions In New York State Have Super High COVID-19 Rates
Summer was so amazing, I think we forgot about COVID-19 in New York State. But, it's still hanging around. As a matter of fact, two New York State regions have really high rates.
I don't know about you, but I had a really good summer! For the first time in a few years, it felt like it was actually back to normal. There were tons of events and concerts. I'm actually pretty tired from all the action. On a whim, I decided to check out the COVID-19 rates that Governor Kathy Hochul releases each day. I was a bit surprised to see that two regions have super high 7-day average positivity rates.

We pretty much started ignoring everything talking about the virus. On top of that, we have Monkeypox and somehow, polio, to now worry about also. I mean dang, can we live?
I totally get it that you might not be concerned, but my job as a journalist is to keep you informed, so I'm just going to set these numbers down here and you can do what you want with the information.
