TSA ARREST 2 CHAINZ OVER DOPE KNUCKLE RING [THE BIG DUMMY FILES]

Tonight's entry into the BIG DUMMY FILES is the TSA at LaGuardia Airport in NYC. Rapper 2 Chainz was arrested at NYC's LaGuardia Airport this week for packing what TSA officials called "brass knuckles" in his carry-on luggage. It turns out it was just his four-finger DOPE ring, but police weren't buying it and 2 Chainz, a.k.a. Tity Boi, had to spend a few hours in jail as a result. Not only that, police confiscated his jewelry as well.

Here is what 2 Chainz had to say:

“They tried to assassinate my character, they tried to assassinate my swag,” 2 Chainz told MTV News in a surprisingly upbeat interview after the fact. “It was just a negative dilemma earlier where someone misconstrued a piece of jewelry for a weapon and stuff.”
Police charged him with misdemeanor possession of a weapon. "The knuckles were in his personal bag and sounded the alarm," an officer said. “I do exclusive pieces. My pieces are actual conversation pieces, like literally. When you see my gold, it’s something to conversate about”.

Hip Hop has been around for about 30+ years now and no one at the TSA has seen a Eric B and Rakim cover. This is Hip Hop fashion. 2 Chainz had no intention of using this as a weapon and should not have been detained. This is a lack of cultural awareness is offensive to me as a member of the Hip Hop community. I know people in hip hop have a unique way of expressing themselves with fashion and jewelry, but that is no reason to arrest them. 2 Chainz wasn't bothering anyone that is why the LGA TSA is going in the BIG DUMMY FILES.
