With this year's election is just 4 weeks away, on Tuesday, November 2nd, 2021 is a very important election year in New York State. Many state, county, and local offices are up for grabs this year. These local and county elections often can have a huge impact on the day-to-day lives of citizens across the state.

If you are planning on voting in this year's election, and you are not registered to vote, you have until Friday, October 8, 2021, to submit your voter's registration form. Forms can be completed online or on paper and mailed to the Board of Elections in the county you live in. If you do mail in your form, it must be postmarked by Friday, October 8, 2021, and received by the Board of Elections by Wednesday, October 13, 2021, for it to be valid.

  • Justice of the New York State Supreme Court - 14 Year Term
  • Erie County Family Court Judge - 10 Year Term
  • Erie County Sheriff - 4 Year Term
  • Erie County Comptroller - 4 Year Term
  • Erie County County Legislator - 2 Year Term
  • City of Buffalo Court Judge - 10 Year Term
  • City of Buffalo Mayor - 4 Year Term
  • City of Lackawanna Councilman - 4 Year Term
  • City of Tonawanda Mayor - 4 Year Term
  • City of Tonawanda Councilmember - 2 Year Term
