
They Did The Wild Things
Although I did not watch the most watched fashion show on the planet last night, some people are a little sensitive to the possible stereotyping of placing women of color in the jungle portion of the show.
Whether it was intentional or not, I think that it is very important to know your history, especially if you are of African descent and not allow negative stereotyping to enter your consciousness; people of color being placed in the jungle is not a bad thing if you know your history pre slavery.
