Big Ridge is a soulful and diverse hip-hop/rap artist that has been writing music seriously since 2010. However he has been writing and recording his own material for the last 10 years. Big Ridge has been based out of Upstate New York for the last 8 years. His latest performance was at a Coast 2 Coast Mixtape showcase in Cleveland, OH. Born in Upstate, NY but raised in Columbus, Ohio from the age 7-16, gives Big Ridge a unique sound and style that is different from most. His music is about real life situations and not just the street side of it. His music has a lil' something for everybody. Big Ridge is a true fan of what hip hop used to be and is inspired from artist such as Biggie, Bone Thugs, Lost Boyz, and 2pac. He has a love for the hip hop culture that has been lost in many of today's artist. His hunger to be heard is like no other, and his passion for music is undeniably attractive that when you listen, you are hooked!!
