This has got to be one of the most bizzarre story's I have ever come across.

This guy post a video of him just recording random people. Sounds harmless right ? Not so much, the people he was recording in the video had random reactions most threatened to call the police, one man cursed him out, and one woman even solicited him for prostitution...
