Lot's of challenges are thrown your way as a mother but when tragedy strikes it can be very difficult to pick up the pieces and hold it together for your children.

Earlier this year I visited a spa in Atlanta and I was very interested in a service they offered in which women sat on chairs with holes in the seat and steamed their lady party with herbs.

She discovered her cooking talent and passion just two years ago and is now sought after by the masses.

Its crazy to me how many people can hurt their own children like its nothing.
