It goes without saying that last years concert season was something for the record books. Everywhere you turned, there seemed to be another great show happening in throughout Buffalo, Western New York, and Southern Ontario, and the best part is there was something for everyone with every sort of venue and nearly every genre.

This year is looking to be the same, there are so many options for you to check out this year. If you're a fan of country music, then you have shows like the 2025 Toyota Taste of Country on deck. If you're an R&B fan, then you have greats like Mary J. Blige on the way, and if you're into rock, then you have plenty of options as well.

From the very modern (the Frank Gehry designed concert hall at Bard College) to the very, very old (several from 150+ years ago), this is a collection of great places to see a concert in Upstate New York. Note that this gallery includes the original "String of Pearls." These are gorgeous vaudeville and silent movie houses built in the early 1900s, and are still active today.
