Stevie J called out Rick Ross on Instagram this week after photos surfaced of the Bawse getting a little too close for comfort with his ex-wife Joseline Hernandez.

Ross' 40th birthday party went down on Thursday (Jan. 28) with a big soiree at a Georgia mansion. The stars came out, including Ludacris, Monica Brown, Shannon Brown, Yo Gotti, Keri Hilson, Young Thug, Joseline Hernandez, Lyor Cohen, Michael Kaiser, Jermaine Dupri, Chad "Ocho Cinco" Johnson, Anthony Hamilton and Marlo Hampton.

The MMG boss was feeling himself, and apparently feeling on Joseline Hernandez in pictures that have surfaced from the shindig, much to the chagrin of Hernandez's Stevie J. The producer was not in attendance at the event and apparently caught wind of the photo by someone who DM'd him the picture on Instagram. A screen grab of his response was obtained by TheShadeRoom. "Got to let a hoe be a hoe. No we are not married but Ricky I thought we was cool after I kept Lira away from all the wolves when she was in L.A. Thanks God it's over," he wrote, referring to Ross' breakup with former fiancee Lira Galore.

The Love & Hip Hop star later made a video to clarify his stance. "Naw, I'm not mad, I'm good," he says. "Come on now, but it's a respect thing."

To further prove his point, he got on the phone with Benzino to showcase who has his back. "Am I my brothers keeper?!? Sleazy and Zino we all we got!!! @iambenzino #DangerZone," he put as the caption to a photo of a FaceTime conversation between himself and Benzino.

To further add flames to the fire, Joseline threw up a photo on her own Instagram account of herself and Ross at his party. The two appear to be posing playfully in a photo booth.

Rick Ross has yet to respond to the drama.
