Should the Officer that Killed Laquan McDonald Be Out on Bail? [VIDEO]

Laquan McDonald is yet another unarmed African American male slain by a police officer. The video shows 17-year old McDonald, walking away from the cop when he was struck by a hail of bullets 16 times.

The original incident happened in Chicago October 2014, but dash cam video footage of the shooting surfaced about a week ago. One day before officer Jason Van Dyke is being charged with First Degree murder.

Many people are outraged and wants justice for the teen. The mayor of Chicago Rahm Emmanuel is asking the Police Superintendent Gary McCartney to resign.

Van Dyke is now free on $1.5 million dollar bond.
