Tommy Williams has been missing since February 3, 2022. He was last seen in the 1700 block of East Main Street in Rochester. Tommmy is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has a tattoo near his left eye. Tommy was wearing gray, ripped jeans, and a blue and red sweatshirt when he went missing.
