Offset has been hit with three charges stemming from his arrest in July 2018, and one of the charges is classified as a felony.

According to Clayton County D.A.'s Office court records, which XXL obtained Tuesday (April 23), the Migos rapper is facing a felony charge for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and misdemeanor charges for marijuana possession and improper lane switching. The last charge is the one he was initially pulled over for in July.

The D.A.'s office filed the charges against Offset back in February, though an additional felony charge of possession of a weapon during the commission of a crime was dropped. During a court appearance in March, Kulture's dad entered a plea of not guilty.

Back in July, Offset was pulled over in Atlanta for what cops say was an improper lane change, and was arrested after they allegedly discovered three handguns and $107,000. He was already on probation for a 2015 arrest alongside his Migos groupmates. That arrest happened when police found weed and a loaded gun in their car after a Georgia college show, and all three were charged with felony possession of a schedule II narcotic and carrying a loaded gun on school property.

Takeoff and Quavo were eventually released from jail, but Offset was already a convicted felon at the time from an earlier arrest, so he remained behind bars and faced further issues.

After months behind bars, Offset accepted an Alford plea deal, which is one in which a defendant accepts a plea deal without admitting guilt. Offset was then released from jail on five years probation in December 2015. If Offset is convicted of this felony gun charge, he could face time in prison.

Offset's next court date for the current case is in May. You can view his charges below.
