Fans everywhere were pretty shocked earlier today (Aug. 22) when it was announced that dates for Nicki Minaj and Future's North American NickiHndrxx tour were going to be rescheduled to next year, and conflicts forced Future to pull out of that leg.  Now, there might just be some insight into why.

According to report from Page Six, who cited a source from Live Nation, ticket sales for the North American leg of the NickiHndrxx Tour have fallen well short of expectations.

“Nicki’s tour could be the most disappointing ticket sales of the year for any artist," says the Live Nation source. "These are big arenas with up to 20,000 capacities. Sales for opening night in Baltimore is 2,000 tickets. LA is 3,400, New Orleans 1,000, Denver 1,300, Chicago 3,900. Even her hometown Brooklyn is only 5,050.”

Page Six's sources say the North American leg of the NickiHndrxx Tour is in danger of being canceled, and today, reps for Nicki reported that her North American dates with Future are no longer happening. The two will, however, continue the tour in Europe.

This potential revelation arrives in the midst of what's been a pretty explosive week for Nicki, whose Queen album debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 albums chart. On Monday (Aug. 20) she called out Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner's promo tactics that she claimed they used to make sure Scott's latest album, Astroworld, remained at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart.

On Tuesday (Aug. 21) Nicki labeled Scott the "Hoe Nigga of the Week" during the fourth episode of Queen Radio, bashing his promo tactics. Scott has yet to respond.
