There is just something about Buffalo that keeps most of us here. Whether it's our family ties, the food, the architecture, or the key role that the region played in America's history, there are tons of amazing things about Western New York that deserve to be highlighted.

The 716 is more than just our home; it's one of the best places in the entire world to be. Now, that doesn't mean Buffalo doesn't have its share of problems. Like every metropolitan area, there are tons of good things we love and bad things that need to be improved upon, but that's what makes Buffalo great. Western New Yorkers are resilient. When we see an issue or concern, we don't run from it; we look it straight in the face and work to improve it.

You see it every day on our sports fields, in our factories, shops, business offices, and on just about any street in town. From the hills of the southtowns to the roaring waters of Niagara Falls and the Niagara River, Western New York has tons of great things to show off, and that's something we hope to do with this photo series.
