New Grocery Store coming to the downtown Buffalo area!

Man the Mayor continues to come thru!  He makes another huge step toward growing downtown.  This time, near the area by the library and the bus terminal. There is some strong real estate and the plans are to place a grocery store in that spot along with some Apartments and dig this maybe even a "Movie Theater"

All this is expected to be finalized within the next 3 months all according to wgrz.com

The agreement is expected to be finalized within the next three months with the goal of construction starting in 2019.
