New Drive-Thru COVID-19 Testing Location to Open on Bailey Avenue

A new testing location will open next week on the east side of Buffalo.

Evergreen Health and Community Access Services announced that its facility on Bailey Avenue will soon be a drive-through testing site for the east side. The facility, which is located at 3297 Bailey Avenue, will conduct testing for COVID-19, according to a press release sent to me. The testing site will be open for the community on Wednesday, May 20. You will need to schedule an appointment to get tested. The hours of operation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. You can make your appointment starting today (May 15).

The drive-through site will help the hard-hit 14215 zip code, but it will be open to everyone, including non-Evergreen and CAS patients. The costs of the COVI-19 tests will be covered by healthcare plans. A test will not cost you aything, but you will need to show proof of insurance..

-Age sixteen years and order
-By appointment only
-Proof of health insurance
