Zach LaVine defies gravity to win the Dunk Contest last night. Watch this!

As a little boy, Zach was inspired by the movie Space Jam and began to study Michael Jordan's moves in hopes of one day winning a dunk contest. After attending UCLA for one year, he was drafted by the Minnesota Timberwolves and offered the chance to represent in the NBA All Star Dunk Contest.

With the Quad City DJ's performing, Zach LaVine came out on the court to the "Space Jam" theme song, ready to make his dreams come true.
He even sported a Michael Jordon #23 Jersey, paying homage to his hero!

At just 19 years old, LaVine became the 2nd youngest person to win the dunk contest. Kobe won it at age 18 in 1997.
