I made a couple of stops at some thrift stores in Buffalo and walked away with some really good finds, including a pair of new Michael Kors Pumps. Check out my haul.

I love thrifting! I've been able to find so man new, designer items, like purses, coats, shoes and more. I usually find several items with their original sales tags still on them. I also love vintage finds. I've got a few pairs of leather boots from the 70s and 80s that are in great condition and hold up really well. And vintage purses are my thing, those are a rare find, at least ones that are in good condition, but every now and then I come across a gem.

My second-hand shopping takes a bit of strategy, I usually go on weekdays and choose stores that are close to affluent neighborhoods. Stores in "wealthy" areas often see donations coming from people cleaning out their closets and getting rid of designer items, often brand new with tags. My finds below came from three stores, Amvets, Savers and Goodwill. Here are the specific stores I went to:

Amvets - 1833 Elmwood Ave, Buffalo, NY 14207

Savers - 2309 Eggert Rd, Tonawanda, NY 14150

Goodwill - 8050 Main St, Williamsville, NY 14221
