New York had two separate primary elections earlier this year, on June 28, 2022, and on August 23, 2022, which allowed registered voters who were enrolled in a political party to vote for their candidate for Governor, Lieutenant Governor, State Assembly, various Judges, and various positions within the different political parties.

Now with that all settled, it's time for the general election that will fill many of these political offices.

The 2022 General Midterm Elections are scheduled for Tuesday, November 8, 2022, and early voting kicks off this week to give people the chance to cast their vote early and avoid the potential rush of all voting on the same day.

In addition to various state and county offices that are being elected this year, we also have the opportunity to vote for candidates for the US Senate and US House of Representatives.

What You Need To Know To Vote Early

Early voting begins on Saturday, October 29, 2022, at 9 am and will run until Sunday, November 6, 2022, at 5 pm.
