Meet the Owner of One of Buffalo’s Best Salons

I had the pleasure of talking with Shuna, the owner of Salon of Essence, which was voted as one of the best salons in Buffalo.  Here's everything you need to know about the salon.

Salon of Essence, located at 1787 Hertel Ave, Buffalo, NY 14216, was one of the two salons voted as Buffalo's best via our website. Congratulations to Shuna, the owner, who has been a hair stylist for 20 years and has owned the salon for six. Salon of Essence provides a variety of services, including weaves, short haircuts, lashes, makeup and more (everything except braids).  Salon of Essence has two stylists.

During our interview, I asked Shuna why she thinks Buffalo voted for Salon of Essence, she said,

"Because we good.  I'm good at what I do. We have a great atmosphere. When you walk out, you're gonna be turning heads."
