Every week I, ADRI.V The Go Getta look to feature and interview a young mover and shaker who embodies the “Go Getta Spirit” and is doing great things for the people and themselves in the Western New York and Southern Ontario community.

Having the blessed opportunity of having my show “The Go Getta Mix” I look to use my platform to acknowledge those people nominated as “The Go Getta of The Week”

Meet The Go Getta  Kelly Galloway, The Go Get of the Week.

Kelly Galloway, 32 is what she would call a modern-day Harriet Tubman who is on the frontline when it comes to Human trafficking which is a thriving underground business with numerous victims. And Kelly is working to create a solution to stop it.

Born and raised in Buffalo but with great roots in Virginia, Kelly is a Hutch Tech graduate who had a passion to help women and is turning her dreams of doing so into reality.

Galloway is the president of Ramp Global Missions, a Christian humanitarian organization that helps orphans and people exploited by human trafficking. She helped establish orphanages and start programs to help women and children in India, Nepal, and Guatemala. If she is not home in Buffalo Kelly is often our the country helping and supporting other women. With the goal of helping other women, Kelly set out to develop a home for women who are coming out of Human Trafficking, Mona's House.

Mona's House, a restoration home for women who have been victims of human trafficking will open in March. It will house up to six women. "We offer them the opportunity to go to counseling, be healed holistically, help with financial planning, they get to go to college or get a skill totally for free." This is the first of its kind in Buffalo and will truly be transforming.
