This is interesting though…to rent the home, it actually costs more, with a listing of $995 per month according to Zillow’s Rent Zestimate. 

The house is 1,888 sqft and it is currently listed on Zillow with a price tag of $88,000. 

It sounds pretty cheap, but when you look at the price history, the same home once sold for $35,000 almost 9 years ago – in June 2013.
