Buffalo in the springtime is a very special place to be. Not only are the great people of Western New York coming out of their winter hibernation, but the region is in the annual process of turning from a frozen tundra into one of the best places to be in the summer. But before we can get to the warm beaches and sunny skies of the 716, we've got to first make it through the spring warmup.

Part of the warmup comes when the snow on the ground starts to melt, and the ice on our waterways starts to break. Then you have spring traditions like the St. Patty's Day Parade and Baseball Opening Day. When you see those things coming close on the calendar, that also means something else that Western New Yorkers love is on the way: The Buffalo Home Show.

With more than 110,000 square feet of exhibition space spread across a city block and two floors, the Buffalo Home Show brings thousands of people downtown to the Buffalo Convention Center for six days of everything you need to know to get those spring house projects moving.
