If you've been following Martin Shkreli, or are aware of his music-leaking habits, then you know that he's notorious for copping highly-anticipated unreleased projects from our favorite artists and sometimes leaking them to the Internet. Most recently, the famous businessman reportedly got his hands on Lil Wayne's Carter V album, and has been pushing out some leaked tunes from the project that has yet to be released by Cash Money Records.

According to TMZ, both Weezy's lawyers and Universal Music have already sent out cease and desist letters after Shkreli leaked a couple of tracks earlier this month off of the project, which included the Kendrick Lamar-featured "Mona Lisa." The Young Money CEO is reportedly ready to sue the controversial investor if he leaks any more music from Carter V.

Shkreli has been playing music off of the project on his live streams since Christmas time, and agreed he would no longer play songs or leak any music. Since he has broken that promise to the rapper, Weezy is now threatening the lawsuit.
